BIKE WORKSHOPS
RG ACtive in association with SSCentre are very pleased to offer you a Workshop that will give you a little peek into what makes your bike do what it does, and how to best look after your bike so it looks after you in return.

What do I need? - Bike, Helmet, inner tube, tyre levers, multi-tool
(Note: There will be inner tubes, tyre levers and multi tools available to purchase at the session if required)
What will the Workshop cover?
The sessions will cover all the basics you need to know when preparing your bike before you ride it, when you are riding it and after you have finished.
- Pre ride checks
- Changing your tyres and inner tubes
- Removing your wheels
- Fitting and removing triathlon bars
- Bike fitting (How it should fit and why?)
- Whats what, and what does it do?
- Post ride care
