RG Active were there with 4 athletes competing in the Team colours and conditions the worst I have run in yet with icy, slippery conditions one minute and wet, cold muddy the next. And with the minus temperatures not helping, everyone that competed should be very, very satisfied with their run!

I was lucky enough to have my family and close friends there with me and we all had a fantastic time.

Well done to everyone who completed the race and I am already looking forward to 2010!
