RG Active join forces with Wattbike in 2012!

Recently RG Active coaches John and Marsha travelled to the Wattbike science lab for a day of advanced training to learn how the science can be used to help all of the RG Active client base that are looking to improve their cycling strength, speed and efficiency. After the visit Wattbike pieced together a blog about RG Active’s visit and we thought it would be a great idea to share it with you all.

The Hell of the Ashdown Sportive

Well this entry is about my first experience of British Sportive events. On Sunday I completed the 110km route of the ‘Hell of the Ashdown’ Spotive organised by Catford Cycle Club.

Winter Training, Base miles and Preparation for 2011

If you have had a busy summer of racing now should be a time of REST and RECOVERY. I will always recommend athletes having at least TWO WEEKS OFF after their last race of the summer season. Triathletes especially, have a hard time slowing down and having time off, but you benefit hugely from some time off before you begin the long winter BASE MILES that start the PREPARATION for next season.

I wanted to write this Blog entry today after an amazing weekend with numerous members of the RG Active Race Team achieving such great things over the last weekend, RG Active are extremely happy to be associated with the Race Team and all of it’s athletes and are very pleased to share everyone’s achievements with you all reading this Blog… as well as some Tour de France bits?
