Be a RGA Coach?
At RG Active we are always looking for experienced, qualified coaches to work with. Currently the majority of the Coaches are freelance trainers and coaches, or have other professional jobs and the work they do with RG Active is in addition to these other jobs.
As an RG Active Coach you are welcomed into the Coaching Team and offered a place on the ‘Coaching Team’ section of the website where you will have your own profile so people can see who you are and what you offer.
As a member of the RG Active Coaching Team you are the first port of call for work at all RG Active Company sessions, these sessions run regularly through the year and we pay each Coach at a very competitive hourly rate.
On top of the group coaching sessions we have a large volume of remote coaching clients that are passed on to the Coaching Team, we try our best to match up clients with Coaches that are close to one another making relationship building and communication easy. For remote coaching, RG Active take an introduction fee from the monthly amount paid by the client.
There are always additional working opportunities to earn as an RG Active Coach and we aim to offer as much to our coaches as possible. These additional opportunities include, Corporate Training Days, Event Training Days, 1-2-1 Sports Specific Coaching and many more……
