Bicycle Maintenance Workshop
Description
Have you ever had the thought……… “I wish I know more about my bike?”

This could be the answer to that questions!

RG Active are very excited to offer you Bicycle Maintenance workshops that will answer all of the questions you have and more about your bike.

For so many people a ride to work or a training ride can be ruined by silly little problems that if you were to ‘know the basics’ of how your bike worked could be fixed on the roadside yourself and set you off on your way without the need to phone a friend, call a taxi or start walking…. and we have all been there once haven’t we?
Where
The address for the Bicycle Maintenance Workshops is – TYM Centre, Ham Fields, Richmond, TW10 7RX, UK

Equipment
The equipment you will require to participate in the session

- A BICYCLE
Mountain bike, hybrid, racing bike, whatever you ride….

- BICYCLE HELMET
Cycle helmets have life spans and your workshop mechanic will tell you the condition of your cycling helmet to make sure you are wearing something that will protect you.

- PUNCTURE REPAIR KIT/SPARES
We do recommend that everyone brings spares that will enable them to fix a flat tyre as this will be covered during the workshop. These spares include at least one new inner tube, two tyre levers and either a mini pump or two CO2 cannisters, if you have them and are not sure why or how to use them?

- WARM CLOTHES
The workshops can be inside or outside depending on the time of year and weather conditions. We feel that on a nice day people do not want to be stuck inside so this decision is made on the morning of the workshop by the workshop mechanic.

- FOOD AND DRINK
The workshops are a minimum of two hours in duration so it is important that you bring some food and drink for yourself.
