I hope you are all well and looking forward to very fast approaching race season?

My triathlon season starts this weekend at the Thames Turbo race where I will be racing under the colours of the newly formed RG Active Race Team sponsored by VCars.co.uk. Keep your eyes peeled for the RG Active Race Team popping up and making a presence at many races throughout the country. It will also be the first outing for my new triandrun/Pro-Lite TT bike so it will be great to get everything together and put through it’s paces before the first of the GB World Qualifiers later on in  May.

Women’s head RG Active Coach, Marsha is currently out in San Francisco, USA with RG Active Race Team members Ramsey and Josh preparing for this weekend’s Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. I would like to wish them all the best for the race and can’t wait to see the photos and hear all about one of the World’s most famous triathlons! Marsha is posting occasional Twitter posts on her site so feel free to ‘follow her’ and see what’s going on.
